Webmail is not working for my domain. http://webmail.domain.com shows domain default page from plesk.

It’s because webmail support is not enabled in the mail preference.

Go through “Domains–>domain.com–>Mail–>Preference” and enable webmail for the domain. It should fix the issue.

   Hello sir,

   My domain have a sub-domain webmail.altempower.com.

   My problem is that all the mails are come through outlook. But when I write in browser as webmail.altempower.com then the page displayed as Server not found.

   I can’t understand what I do for That.

   Please help me as soon as posible.

   Your subdomain “webmail.altempower.com” doesn’t have a valid DNS entry. So webmail.altempower.com is not resolving to any IP address.

   ]$ host altempower.com
   altempower.com has address 66.36.247.128
   +++++++++++++++++++++++++

   In order to resolve this, contact your nameserver authorities ns1.net4india.com & ns2.net4india.com. Tell them to make a DNS entry for webmail.altempower.com.

   That should resolve your issue
